iEatHalal App Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using BisTech Solutions' iEatHalal app (the "Service") operated by BisTech Solutions ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Terms

By accessing this app, you are agreeing to be bound by these app Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 4. Limitations

In no event shall BisTech Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BisTech Solutions' iEatHalal app, even if BisTech Solutions or a BisTech Solutions authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 7. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You approve to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirement

8. Restaurant Listing Services

These terms and conditions of use shall apply to the client (hereinafter "you" or the "restaurant") when the following service is purchased: posting your own restaurant within the iEatHalal app (the "Restaurant Listin" or "Restaurant Listed"). The License may be terminated at any time by BisTech Solutions should you breach the terms and conditions found in this terms and conditions

9. Subscription Services

The Fees due pursuant to this contract may be increased annually by BisTech Solutions, in accordance with its standard practices. The client shall pay BisTech Solutions the increased fees upon receipt of a notice of increase from BisTech Solutions. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-year. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your stated subscription date. BisTech Solutions holds the right to terminiate subscriptions without a refund for any individual/businesss if these terms of use are not adhered to or for any reason we deemed necessary.

10. Listing Requirements

By listing your restaurant in BisTech Solutions' iEathalal app, you agree to follow the conditions below. BisTech Solutions reserves the right to remove your listing at any time from the iEatHalal app if the below requirements are not met.

• The restaurant listed must serve halal food items
• The restaurant listed must be able to provide evidence of halal status
• The restaurant listing must not contain any inappropriate contents such as profanity or crude language
• The restaurant listing must not contain any offensive images

11. Site Terms of Use Modifications

BisTech Solutions may revise these terms of use for its app at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
